Darren has cast across high-profile unscripted formats for Channel 4, ITV, Netflix and international broadcasters, working on returning series, development projects and branded campaigns. His expertise spans reality, factual entertainment and dating formats, with a strong editorial instinct for identifying authentic voices, compelling contributors and culturally relevant stories.

Operating independently, Darren collaborates with trusted casting associates and researchers on a project-by-project basis, scaling teams to meet the needs of each production. This flexible model ensures a focused, senior-led approach on every brief.
